Our House Situation

I’ve been dragging my feet on this update because I am still having a hard time emotionally with the entire situation. Our house has been off the market for a couple of weeks. We didn’t want to lower the price until mid-January or February when the market picks back up, but the Days on Market was getting high and that can be a deterrent to lookers. We also officially backed out of the house at Gilbert and Germann.
